The most fun and wild dress! What else is there to say! I did make the S and XS a bit shorter than my usual styles. If you would like it to be longer by a few inches, please drop a note in your checkout. All of the fringes are cut by hand. They will be cut with a raw edge and will curl a little when washed making the fringe more even.
