We hope that you will love and adore what you have chosen!

Having said that, we know that online shopping can feel tricky if you've never shopped with us before. Sometimes it takes a moment to get to know each other! Please make sure to read the write ups with each listing as I have taken the time to help you understand the fit of each garment.

MAKE SURE TO CHECK THE SIZE CHARTS. 

Regarding Store Credit:

We are happy to say that you can have a store credit for any purchases that you are not happy with. Our policy is that your store credit needs to be used within 6 months of your original purchase, unless you've spoken to us about a special circumstance. We are willing to adjust in most cases if you just chat with us. If your store credit isn't used within 6 months, the money is considered forfeit. All of these details apply for all types of purchase, whether online or in-person.

Regarding Exchanges:

If you're exchanging your purchase for something else in the store, we require this be done within 2 weeks from the time of purchase. For online purchases, the 2 weeks begins when you receive your package.

Return Shipping:

We will cover your second shipping for your exchanged garment. We do ask that you pay to return your initial order to us.

We are a tiny business and after years of offering return shipping, things got out of hand. With shipping costs having gone way up, it just doesn't make sense for us to offer two to three to four shipping costs in the case that you don't like what you bought. We had to draw the line somewhere. So this is where we've come to for now. 

I am more than happy to help you find what you need, to answer all your questions and to make sure you feel secure about what you are buying. So please feel free to reach out to us before making your purchase.
