Fit: True to size. You can go down in size if you'd like it to be more fitted. 

Fabric: Bamboo cotton spandex OR Cotton tencel spandex

Wash: Wash Cold. Hang dry. Garment will shrink a little with first wash in warm water or if put in dryer.
